How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all Red Royale orders within 1–2 business days.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes via Australia Post are:
- Metro areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional areas: 7–10 business days
- Remote areas: 14–20 business days
Please note these are estimates only. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.
We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details first and contact the courier directly for updates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable where an issue occurs outside of our control, including:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address entered at checkout
- A parcel that is not collected and is returned to us
Shipping fees cover the handling and delivery process and are considered provided once your parcel has been lodged with the courier.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct and that parcels are collected within the required timeframe.
Attempted Delivery & Collection
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, your parcel may be:
- Taken to a nearby Post Office for collection, or
- Held pending a redelivery booking
In most cases, parcels are held for approximately 10 days before being returned to sender.
Each order includes a tracking number to help you monitor delivery and avoid missed collections.
If an uncollected parcel is returned to us, shipping fees cannot be refunded as the delivery service has already been provided.
Any disputes regarding attempted delivery should be raised directly with Australia Post before contacting us.
